Aged in neutral French oak barrels for 10 months.
Riesling
Whole cluster pressing and gravity flow movement of the juice helps retain the varietal character of the delicate Riesling grape. The juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks with special yeasts cultivated from German origins that can withstand cool temperatures. Our current offering is dry.
Sparkling Riesling
Dry and bubbly. Pair with strawberries or use to make mimosas.
Viognier
Viognier can be very versatile from a wine making standpoint. It’s varietal character can express citrus and fruit flavors. Our current offering is aged inneutral french oak.
