Aged in neutral French oak barrels for 10 months.

Riesling

Whole cluster pressing and gravity flow movement of the juice helps retain the varietal character of the delicate Riesling grape. The juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks with special yeasts cultivated from German origins that can withstand cool temperatures.

Sparkling Riesling

Dry and bubbly. Pair with strawberries or use to make mimosas. Try it either way at the winery on Mother’s Day 2024.

Traminette

Processed and fermented much like the Riesling, Traminette’s unique lychee flavor, along with other complex aromas and acidity, allow this wine to be developed as both a still wine and a sparkling wine.

Viognier

Viognier can be very versatile from a wine making standpoint. It’s varietal character can express citrus and fruit flavors. Our current offering is steel aged.

White Blend

A 50/50 blend of Chardonnay and Viognier.
